The Australian Hospital Patient Experience Question Set (AHPEQS) is an online tool developed by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care. It is used by hospitals and healthcare services to ask recent patients about their experiences of treatment and care.

Biotext worked with the Commission to write, structure and design a website for AHPEQS.

We worked with the Commission to determine the appropriate format, and look and feel for the website, creating an easy-to-navigate product that presents information clearly and provides logical pathways for different audiences. It incorporates clear guidance to help healthcare providers implement the survey in their organisations.
