The Australian Public Service Commission selected Biotext as its partner to plan, produce and test a course of e-learning modules and an interactive 1-day workshop about data literacy in the Australian Public Service.

Biotext’s team put together 5 e-learning modules to help employees increase their skills in using data, undertaking research, working with statistics, visualising information and writing recommendations based on data. We researched the topics, wrote and edited the content, then designed and implemented the e-learning modules in a standards-compliant way, including ensuring accessibility. We tested all content and responded to user feedback to guarantee a clear, high-quality learning experience.

Our clients say …

[The workshop evaluations] show a really impressive shift in learners’ self-rated capability pre to post program.
