DFAT security management framework

Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade

Services: Content analysis, Content strategy, Infographics and illustrations, Information architecture, Interactive displays, video and animation, Writing and editing

Sector: Government

When the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) developed a new security management framework to roll out to its staff, it sought an approach that would effectively communicate with a diverse spread of personnel.

Biotext worked with DFAT to develop engaging animation products that walked staff through the new framework and tools, and how they could use them. Working with Armchair Productions, we scripted and developed a 2-minute introductory awareness video, and a 4-minute explanatory video detailing how to analyse risks and implement the right tools in response.
