La Trobe University

Services: Content strategy, Graphic design and layout, Interactive displays, video and animation, Writing and editing

Sector: Research and development

La Trobe university wrote the guide How to do science: human physiology for life-sciences student scientists who are actively engaged in the scientific process. Biotext was engaged to create the design concept and lay out pages, including tables, figures, images and embedded videos. The final product is a clear and easy-to-follow guide that shows students how to design experiments, access scientific literature, perform simple statistics, work with data to create graphs and tables, and use referencing software.
