The UNFPA Global Programme to Prevent Son Preference and the Undervaluing of Girls aims to help address imbalance in the sex ratio caused by gender-biased sex selection in identified countries. The program does this by via strengthening evidence-based national policies and programs to tackle son preference, low value of girls and gender inequalities.
Biotext edited, proofread and designed the Bangladesh country profile for the program. This included matching the layout to existing examples such that it fitted seamlessly into the existing suite of publications.
