    World Health Organization

Biotext has been a trusted editing partner for the World Health Organization since 2000. We aim to produce guidelines and reports that meet the needs of government policy makers, program managers, stakeholders and communities, with clear, accurate language and logical, easy-to-use navigation. Recent projects cover:

    • nutrition and food safety
    • water, sanitation, hygiene and health
    • malaria
    • air quality and health.

The medical officer, who initiated the document edited by Biotext, has been very impressed by the outstanding quality of the work performed.

    Véronique Millot, World Health Organization

Biotext is always quick and responsive. In this particular instance, the project was very complex and it required more work than originally planned for. Biotext was invested, attentive and responsive — the authors were delighted with all the changes and rewrites and grateful for all the additional suggestions provided. Working with Biotext was a pleasure as well as great learning experience.

Biotext staff are also accredited writers and editors for the United Nations, including the Initiative for Climate Action Transparency and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

Recent projects include the development of UNFPA and the African Union: supporting the Africa we want. Biotext worked with UNFPA to write this booklet to commemorate and celebrate the 20th anniversary of UNFPA’s work with the African Union. Working from a drafted report and other resources, Biotext crafted engaging content that celebrated the successes and looked to future challenges, to inspire audiences and members of both organisations.

It has been a great pleasure working with you and the Biotext team, I have already sung your praises with my UNFPA colleagues and will certainly be in touch for other projects. Really impressed by your work and how it has improved the text. Thank you for an outstanding job!
